In an educational context increasingly focused on STEAM disciplines and linguistic skills, the im portance of physical and sports activities is often un derestimated. This study examines the effective ness of the Sincrony method, an innovative program based on the use of peripheral vision, in enhancing adolescents' cognitive abilities. A total of 62 stu dents aged 12 to 14 were subjected to cognitive and motor tests both before and after the intervention. The experimental group showed significant im provements compared to the control group in the TMT-A (p < 0.01), TMT-B (p < 0.05), Digit Span, and Corsi Block-Tapping tests (p < 0.01). These re sults suggest that targeted physical activities may contribute to optimizing cognitive abilities closely related to learning.

Abstract
These re sults suggest that targeted physical activities may contribute to optimizing cognitive abilities closely related to learning.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
