Body Percussion, a practice that involves the body in producing rhythms and sounds, is examined in detail in this essay in connection with the Sincrony methodology from the field of motor sciences. It will be discussed how Body Percussion can improve coordination, attention, and brain plasticity, indirectly promoting physical fitness and offering a multisensory approach to physical education.
