New wave of automation anxiety has swept over the labour markets and urges the policy makers and scholars to investigate its impact on future of jobs. The fear of job displacement and/or deskilling goes further back than the industrial revolution, but it has fortunately never proven as catastrophic and widespread as some had feared. However, the pace with which AI and algorithms are changing the workplace today represents a cause for concern. To that end, present study analyses legal instruments at hand capable of tackling the thread of automation for the occupation.
