Italian anti-contagion protocols are guidelines aimed at providing operational indications to increase the effectiveness of the safety provisions in the workplace during the Covid-19 emergency, introducing further measures. They are called “shared” because they are the result of concerted action between the Government and the social partners. This paper, through the examination of the protocols and some comparative observations, attempts to answer the following questions: is work safer and more sustainable thanks to the shared anti-contagion protocols? What will the future of these protocols be? Is this a contingent phenomenon, linked to the pandemic, or have they inaugurated a new way of managing health and safety at work? Time will tell for sure, but, meanwhile, there are encouraging signs of a new spring of social dialogue as demonstrated by the growing involvement of trade unions on important issues.

Abstract
Time will tell for sure, but, meanwhile, there are encouraging signs of a new spring of social dialogue as demonstrated by the growing involvement of trade unions on important issues.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
