The paper reconstructs the reform of the regional statute of Campania in 2016, that introduced some amendments about the vote of confidence mechanism and the emergency procedure better known as vote bloqué. The study focuses, in particular, on the first applications of the reform in the 10th Legislature. Finally, the paper points out the possible evolution in the relationship between the regional Council and the President of the Region after the reform.
