This article deals with anti-corruption measures in Italian law and, in particular, with the restrictions and prohibitions on assigning managerial positions in the public administration to individuals who have previously engaged in professional activities with the same administration. This topic is addressed in relation to local government and in light of judicial and administrative practice and of legal scholarship.
