While recognizing the existence of barriers that hinder the full and equi-table participation of persons with disabilities, this essay explores the rela-tionship between disability and e-sports, focusing on the inclusive potential of this rapidly expanding sector. The analysis pursues a twofold objective: on the one hand, to highlight how e-sports can represent an innovative space for the employment of individuals often excluded from traditional labor mar-kets; on the other, to examine the legal tools and regulatory interventions needed to transform this potential into a concrete reality, beyond mere de-clarations of intent. The contribution aims to enrich the labor law debate on digital work and on the need for effective inclusion policies. These policies should reflect the evolving concept of disability and respond to the ongoing reform processes promoted by supranational legal frameworks. Ultimately, they must be capable of addressing the challenges of a fast-changing labor market.

Abstract
Ultimately, they must be capable of addressing the challenges of a fast-changing labor market.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
