In the context of the evolving landscape of hybrid work, the boundaries of the workspace have expanded to encompass both physical and virtual environments. Extended Reality (XR) technologies are transforming these workspaces by providing immersive, customisable environments that enhance not only productivity but also psychological well-being. Following the release of Apple Vision Pro (AVP), promosing scenarios for the future have become increasingly feasible. This paper examines the function of artwork within XR environments as a means of establishing healing spaces that foster mental wellbeing. The paper presents an interdisciplinary argument that the integration of virtual artworks into XR workspaces can offer therapeutic benefits, reducing stress and fostering emotional balance for employees. By enabling workers to personalise their virtual surroundings with artistic elements, these XR environments serve as both creative sanctuaries and productivity-enhancing spaces. Furthermore, the paper considers the potential future scenarios of AVP in the integration of art and personalised virtual aesthetics to create truly therapeutic work environments, which will contribute to both individual well-being and organisational success.

Abstract
Furthermore, the paper considers the potential future scenarios of AVP in the integration of art and personalised virtual aesthetics to create truly therapeutic work environments, which will contribute to both individual well-being and organisational success.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
