The article examines the nature and the evidential value of the referee’s report in the football match. In particular, the analysis focuses on the concept of full evidence attributed by the law to the referee’s report in order to verify whether and how it is possible to question the truthfulness of the report and which are the limits of the assessment of the sporting judges.
