The objective of this research was to determine the impact of motor education on ameliorating symptoms associated with ADHD. A total of 98 students with a confirmed diagnosis of ADHD were recruited for this study. These participants were randomly assigned to two equivalent groups, out of which only one group underwent a 10-week didactic program of aerobic exercises. Prior to commencing the exercise intervention and upon its completion, the Behavior Rating Scale was administered to evaluate the students' behaviors. Analysis of the results demonstrated a noteworthy enhancement in three out of the five aspects measured by the scale (attention, motor skills, and classroom behavior) within the sample group, with a significance level of p < 0.05. Conversely, the control group did not exhibit any noticeable changes (p > 0.05). In light of these findings, it is reasonable to infer that consistent participation in motor educational activities yields favorable outcomes in socio-educational management of ADHD, thereby suggesting its integration into educational frameworks across all schooling levels.

Abstract
In light of these findings, it is reasonable to infer that consistent participation in motor educational activities yields favorable outcomes in socio-educational management of ADHD, thereby suggesting its integration into educational frameworks across all schooling levels.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
