Protecting the psycho-physical integrity of the worker is a topical issue, which cannot be separated from the continuous comparison with progress and evolution of health and safety techniques, as well as with ever new forms of potential injuries to the worker-person. Therefore, working conditions are always in the spotlight and are constantly regulated by legislation, collective agreements, and company policies. What has the Coronavirus emergency changed in occupational health and safety? This paper aims to answer this question by focusing on the tools provided by the emergency legislation: from the facial masks to the sanitation of the workplaces, from the anticontagion protocols to the adoption of remote working as safety measure, from the use of technological devices up to the discussed mandatory Covid vaccine and the so-called green pass. The research is based on the national, EU and International regulatory analysis and on the examination of shared anticontagion protocols and the first case law on the matter.
