This scientific contribution aims to analyze the constant influence of itc systems in the context of financial instruments. In particular, we focus on the use of crowdfunding systems and on the regulation of these phenomena by public actors. From the study of the regulation, a symptomat-ic picture of the attention of the regulatory authorities to the phenomenon in question emerges especially for the protection of the investor.
