Il contributo sottopone a revisione critica le teorie pluralistiche sul fenomeno sportivo alla luce dei numerosi interventi legislativi e giurisprudenziali posti in essere negli ultimi anni, tentando di dimostrare l’evanescenza ai giorni nostri dell’orientamento che sostiene l’impermeabilità del c.d. ordinamento sportivo al sistema giuridico italo-europeo.

The contribution critically reviews the pluralist theories on the sporting phenomenon in the light of the numerous legislative and jurisprudential interventions made in recent years, attempting to demonstrate the evanescence in the present day of the orientation that sustains the impermeability of the so-called sporting system to the Italian-European legal system.
