The following reflection concerns the theme of 'administrative appeals', but in the particular perspective of the conceptual link of this institution with the notion of the subjective legal situation which goes by the name of administratively protected interest, a link which, in the opinion of the writer, despite this notion finds increasingly scarce consideration in contemporary manuals, it remains indissoluble.
