The paper analyzes the issue of the legal order of the agricultural market and competition policy in the European law, in the German, French and Swedish legal system. The comparative analysis carried out, in identifying the legal system that is best able to offer solutions in terms of protection, attempts to define a European competition model capable of dealing with the (competitive) situations that the world agricultural scenario presents, in the light of changes that have taken place in recent years.
