The present short paper aims to show how in connection with the present COVID-19 pandemics the whole system of communications from institutions as well as from mass-media was superficial and misleading, insofar it has more or less deliberately ignored any scientific and statistical accuracy, so raising in most people a wrong perception of pandemics.
