Starting from the analysis of these drawings and deepening in particular his design for the Neapolitan Somaschi church – the only one carried out with some changes in 1706 by Giovan Battista Nauclerio - the paper focuses on the project works by Carlo Fontana for Naples and on the influence of his architectural language in the Neapolitan territory
