Abstract
The problem of the consistency for the assessment of a set of data in the framework of nonadditive measures is considered. In particular, some cases are analyzed in the quantitative setting in comparison with classical probability assessments. An actual extension of consistency to belief and plausibility measures is developed. In the qualitative case, some representations of the relations by means of decomposable measures are obtained. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.File in questo prodotto:
