The authors, inspired by a case received their observation in terms of “insurance policy” (proximal row carpectomy), they highlight how the forensic medicine – and not just evaluation – must be constantly attentive to the evolution and the progress of other branches of medicine in order to make judgments more appropriate and responsive to the needs of the law. Finally, the emphasis, as has already been pointed out many times before, on the profound differences that may characterize the same evaluative disability in most areas of medical-legal response.

Abstract
The authors, inspired by a case received their observation in terms of “insurance policy” (proximal row carpectomy), they highlight how the forensic medicine – and not just evaluation – must be constantly attentive to the evolution and the progress of other branches of medicine in order to make judgments more appropriate and responsive to the needs of the law. Finally, the emphasis, as has already been pointed out many times before, on the profound differences that may characterize the same evaluative disability in most areas of medical-legal response.File in questo prodotto:
