Abstract
The effect of a nonhomogeneous base electrode on point contact spectroscopy is discussed in the framework of the proximity effect, and a phenomenological model is proposed. The appearance of zero-bias anomalies and bumps in the dI/dV vs. V characteristics is explained through our model, in agreement with experimental evidence on high- and low-critical-temperature superconductors.File in questo prodotto:
