The 3D +/- J Ising spin glass has been shown in massive simulations by Ogielski to have strongly non-exponential relaxation between T(g) and the ferromagnetic ordering temperature T(G). "Damage spreading" numerical data by Derrida and collaborators have indicated anomalous behaviour in a similar temperature range. The results from the two different types of simulation are compared and discussed in terms of the geometry of the phase space of the system; conclusions are drawn on the phase transitions in spin glasses.

Abstract
The 3D +/- J Ising spin glass has been shown in massive simulations by Ogielski to have strongly non-exponential relaxation between T(g) and the ferromagnetic ordering temperature T(G). "Damage spreading" numerical data by Derrida and collaborators have indicated anomalous behaviour in a similar temperature range. The results from the two different types of simulation are compared and discussed in terms of the geometry of the phase space of the system; conclusions are drawn on the phase transitions in spin glasses.File in questo prodotto:
