Three cases of congenital angiodysplasies of the extremities, classified as Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome, underwent surgical treatment. These clinically similar cases have shown different pathogeneses, according to which the surgical treatment was modified. The authors recommend a complete diagnostic study each time one finds varicosities of the extremities which are atypical for the time of appearance, areas involved or for their aspect which may thus be congenital varicosities with complex pathogenesis.

Abstract
Three cases of congenital angiodysplasies of the extremities, classified as Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome, underwent surgical treatment. These clinically similar cases have shown different pathogeneses, according to which the surgical treatment was modified. The authors recommend a complete diagnostic study each time one finds varicosities of the extremities which are atypical for the time of appearance, areas involved or for their aspect which may thus be congenital varicosities with complex pathogenesis.File in questo prodotto:
