Abstract
Serum bile acids are very sensitive and specific marker of liver function. They are clearly linked to the histologic picture and can be considered more useful and effective than other tests commonly used for this purpose. This work compares a manual with an automatized methods based on the use of the same enzyme. The only disadvantage is the necessity of dosing bile acids as a whole without the possibility of examining the relationship of bile acids among themselves.File in questo prodotto:
