IL PENSIERO POLITROPICO - PERCORSI DI RICERCA AZIONE NELLA SCUOLA PRIMARIA

The Politropic System is an innovative pedagogical model designed to enhance students' cognitive flexibility while prioritizing the initial and ongoing training of teachers. This approach is rooted in a metacognitive dualism that combines vertical and lateral thinking, equipping educators with practical tools to manage diverse classrooms in a coopera-tive and inclusive manner. Using methodologies such as Job Shadowing and Participatory Research, around forty teachers from ten schools in the Cam-pania region participated in a training program aimed at strengthening their skills in metacognitive teaching. This initiative facilitated personalized learning and improved the effective management of horizontal communication. The findings under-score the pivotal role of teacher preparation in suc-cessfully implementing the Politropic model, lead-ing to a transformative impact on teaching practic-es and student engagement.
