In judgment n.15331/2020, the Supreme Court of cassation addressed, in terms of interpretation, the question of the meaning of the extension also to the judge of the normative prohibition to ask suggestive questions to the witness. In particular, following the line of argument of the Court of cassation, the work aims to analyze the key issues forming the basis of the adopted solution.
