Since the beginning of 2020 we are all affected by a global health crisis unlike any other in our lifespan. The COVID-19 virus represents not only a threat for the survival of millions of people, but also a cultural and moral shock for the whole mankind.Starting from the aforementioned assumptions, the essay points out some considerations that constitutional lawyers can learn about the relations between human societies and environment in the light of the ongoing pandemic.
