The paper deals with the Flood problem not only for reducing the probability of flooding but also for founding new strategies for an adequate defense design that could also really improve the quality of places. It is so said as it is important to have the capability of defending our patrimonial valdese through a series of flexible conditions, to be prepared to react in advance. Particularly, Earth Movement Technologies are suggested, both in light of new and creative experiences as well as lessons learned from the past.
