The first section is a detailed description of Esposito’s work tht is a very interesting, appealing and well constructed book. In the final section, the paper discusses the theory of “impersonale” of Esposito and compares it with the theory of “giuspersonalismo” also underlining his connections with the legal postmodernism thought.
