A new concept for the search of reliable solutions in ECT analysis is presented. The approach is based on the analysis of the uncertainties effects on the Objective Function to be evaluated in the inverse problem resolution. The method is tested against a benchmark problem. The need for higher computational power raising from statistical analysis is tackled using parallel computation on a cluster multiprocessors machine.
