The study aims to describe, to analyze and to control water system of the territory of Ottati, municilality located in the north-eastern part of the Cilento and inserted in the natural context of the homonymous national park, at the foot of Monti Alburni. In particular, it was considered the river Auso, to identify environmental technologies for the control of the relationship between the system of water, quality of soil and its use in order to define a reference framework for the use of appriopriate information technology system to optimize the cycle of water. The approch to the study of the river Auso was asked to pay attention, first to the relationship that the river ecosystem establishes with the crossed territory and with the activities that take place in it, the other to the environmental quality of system analyzed. The relationship between the river and the land is crearly influenced by the presence of three historic mills along the river Auso that has always represented, in the history of these places, an important point of reference, and especially a great economic resource of the territory. The study therefore proposed the objective of verifying the presence of hydraulic conditions suitable for reactivation of the mills as examples of hydromechanics technology used in the past. Subsequently a reflection on the quality of water of river Auso conducts to hypothesize the realization of a "system filter" realized with techniques of fitodepurazione with the purpose to safeguard the watercourse from possible induced pollution
