Sinuessa e Utica: il rilievo al di sotto e al di sopra della linea d'acqua

Nel mare 'internum' la linea d’acqua, limite dinamico, fluido, mutevole, appartenente alla maturazione genetica dei luoghi, ha, in alcuni casi, inghiottito e lungamente celato frammenti di storia come la città di Sinuessa, in altri casi, invece, svelato interessanti realtà come Utica. ‘Frontiera astratta’ tra terra ed acqua e ‘filtro immaginario’ tra cielo e fondale, la linea d’acqua diventa l’ascissa immateriale (confine evanescente) che ci consente di ‘leggere’ in un verso e nel verso opposto, paesaggi di inestimabile valore presenti ‘al di sopra’ e ‘al di sotto’ della linea stessa. L’attività di rilievo si avvale di risorse concettuali -un metodo scientifico di analisi e di lettura del territorio in grado di “tirar fuori” il DNA di Utica- e di risorse strumentali -attrezzature e tecnologie innovative che consentono di ‘far ri-emergere’ Sinuessa.
