Aiming to bridge the European Green Deal with people's living environments, the New European Bauhaus seeks to foster societal transformation based on three core values: inclusion, sustainability, and aesthetics (Van Reusel, 2022). In response to the "15-minute-city" initiative (Ferrer-Ortiz et al, 2022), and harnessing the power of AI and big data, this paper proposes an inclusive service design concept aimed at enhancing urban life quality through emotionally enriching aesthetic experiences. It utilizes inclusive design as a theoretical framework to explore the various dimensions of citizens' walking needs and examines the diverse information provided by existing navigation applications. Ultimately, the fusion of AI and design enables solutions that better resonate with users' daily experiences, with a focus on addressing their emotional needs related to aesthetic experiences. However, managing large volumes of data necessitates filtration to establish deeper connections between data and design requirements. This concept holds promise for bolstering the well-being of urban residents with the support of AI and design.

Abstract
This concept holds promise for bolstering the well-being of urban residents with the support of AI and design.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
