In this note, first we show that the incidence graph of a finite net is a bipartite biregular graph of girth 6, which in some cases is of minimal size (cf e.g.[1] when the net is obtained from an affine plane) and then we determine the order of (4; r ; 6) cages with r =3( mod 4).
