The purpose of this paper is, theoretically and empirically, to explore how public e-government models are used, analyzing their strengths and weakness. The study intends to analyze the typology of e-government models, their maturity and their implementation, bearing on the Analysis of the international organization UN e-government 2020 report that shows the countries with the biggest implementation of Digital Government. The study aims to know, through a SWOT and correlational analysis, whether they are relevant for productivity and efficiency, effectiveness, inclusion and sustainability, legitimacy and trust. The analysis of knowledge, allowed us to stress the key role of contingent factors around the digital transition process of presidency action. It was also highlighted that there is no correlation with GDP, but it is always hampered by the digital divide.
