The proposal seeks to address the issue of designing new forms of cultural participation and fruition that are inclusive and innovative. This is particularly important given the increasing age of the population and the growing need to be active in community life also from home. The proposal aims to engage inclusive design researchers in this challenge, which is gaining relevance for wellbeing and active citizenship. The application of the research to a case study includes models, methodologies, and tools to be used in the Living Lab of SIMAV (University of Genoa), in which simulate life in the domestic environment to research the motivation and need of the target. Specifically, it will analyze how to involve the elderly in cultural transmission activities, investigating their relationship with technology within the home and the methods of use in contexts linked to tangible and intangible culture.

Abstract
The proposal seeks to address the issue of designing new forms of cultural participation and fruition that are inclusive and innovative. This is particularly important given the increasing age of the population and the growing need to be active in community life also from home. The proposal aims to engage inclusive design researchers in this challenge, which is gaining relevance for wellbeing and active citizenship. The application of the research to a case study includes models, methodologies, and tools to be used in the Living Lab of SIMAV (University of Genoa), in which simulate life in the domestic environment to research the motivation and need of the target. Specifically, it will analyze how to involve the elderly in cultural transmission activities, investigating their relationship with technology within the home and the methods of use in contexts linked to tangible and intangible culture.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
