This paper reports an exploratory study of the impact of organizational and technological innovations on health care workers and patient’s family within the NICU. Based on the multiple case study method, we conducted a qualitative analysis using both ethnographic interviews and document analysis techniques in order to collect data on the NICU of two largest hospitals. Results have shown that health care workers and patients’ families positively perceive the changes in terms of satisfaction and climate when both organizational and technological innovations occur.

Abstract
