An experience for cultural heritage survey with immersive hybrid (analogical-digital) models (hIM), created from in-the-place handmade sketches is presented. The recently developed cube and equirectangular methods will be used, looking for a balanced approach between spontaneous personal impressions (architecture-sensitive vision), and the support of an objective knowledge of immersive space representation (engineeristic-mathematical vision). The case study concerns to the “Solimene’s Factory” located in Italy. The building is linked as heritage. Methods for hIM generation are debugged and synthetized by their experimented difficulties, solutions, vantages and guidelines, giving like result a contemporary instrument for compless reconstruction.
