Historically the urban planning, through zoning and building regulations, determined isolated areas.. Urban instruments hidden and still hide control policies and social segregation policies. This policies. have been realised according to spatial rules.. This research project aims to inquiry how urban planning practices can be an instrument able to. integrate more than segregate.
