Clinical activity for five years in the outpatient unit of the Department of Psychiatry of the University of Naples- SUN, has been able to evidentiate the positive outcomes of an unusual experience: the psychiatric patient instead of being in presence of only one therapist, during the meeting was with a group of psychiatrists where some were specialists in formation. The authors have tried to analize the possible factors of this unexpected result.
